Welcome!

 I was born on December 14th, 1994 in the district of Afşin in Kahramanmaraş. After living in Kahramanmaraş until my university years, I came to Istanbul for my university education. 

After starting to study Economics at Yildiz Technical University, I became acquainted with independent cinema. After working seasonally or voluntarily at several cultural institutions such as IKSV and Beyoğlu Cinema, I started working part-time as a box office staff member at Kadıköy Cinema in 2018, which was going through a period of transformation. As I took on film and event programming duties over time, I worked at Kadıköy Cinema until 2022, first as Projects Manager, then as Cinema Director. 

In April 2022, I decided to continue working remotely on the cinema's communication and programming tasks and started working as Events Coordinator at Başka Sinema.   From the last quarter of 2023 until February 2024, when I parted ways with Başka Sinema, I worked as the Coordinator responsible for all operations.  

On August 1st, 2024, i started working at MUBI Turkey as Chief of Staff.

I am involved in audience design, programming and distribution. I also work on alternative distribution, screening and production models for independent films.

Additionally, since 2022, I have been contributing as Festival Coordinator for the organization of the Kaş International Film Festival.
